Oral Care Postbiotics

A postbiotic formulation derived from three source strains (AP-32, ET-66 and LPL28), developed for oral care applications. A four-week study in 75 healthy adults measured oral bacteria and salivary immune markers; antimicrobial activity was measured separately in laboratory assays.

Pathogen Defense

In culture, inhibition reached 100% for P. gingivalis, 88% for F. nucleatum and 49% for S. mutans; against H. pylori the powder showed the highest coaggregation of the preparations tested (Fermentation, 2025). These are in-vitro results, not measurements taken in people.

Mucosal Immunity

Salivary IgA increased in the four-week human study. Fewer mouth ulcers and blisters were reported by participants in questionnaires.

Gastric research (preclinical)

In gastric epithelial cells under oxidative stress, wound closure with the powder was 46.79 ± 7.86% (Fermentation, 2025). That is a cell-culture assay, not an ulcer model. This study did not assess gastric outcomes in humans.

HeaLAC® Technology

Proprietary heat treatment precisely inactivates strains while preserving delicate cell components and rich bioactive metabolites.
